Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot honor any requests for exchanges or returns after 48 hours.
Shipping Information
- We ship fast, usually within 2-6 business days business days although during our sales, it may add an extra day or two and we appreciate your patience.
- We will provide tracking information once your order ships, so please keep an eye out for your package arrival.
- We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or delayed by the shipping carrier, but are happy to assist you with locating it.
- We can only ship to the confirmed address on the order and are unable to change the confirmed shipping address. If you make a mistake with the address, please contact us immediately so that we may cancel your order and you may place it again with the correct information.
- Please check your shipping information carefully. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will cancel the order and process a refund, less than what we paid for shipping costs and a 20% re=stocking fee..
