The umbrella arrived bent and unusable, and unfortunately, the vendor refused to send a replacement. I'll address this issue with patience and persistence.

We always send our products out in brand new and pristine condition. If the carrier damaged the product, you should have taken pictures as I asked you to and send them to me so that a claim could be made. As of yet not pictures or correspondence has been received. I am trying to help. We offer the best in customer service and take that very seriously. Let’s work together to get this rectified as I attempted to do.
